该课程是面向我院（与阿伯丁大学合办）金融学专业开设的专业必修课，主要讲授资产评估的基本原理和方法，侧重于房地产项目的评估，学生能够掌握几种不同评估方法的适用范围和具体运用，学会金融计算器的使用，为后续课程做好铺垫。This course is about the principles underlying basic valuation and investment formulae. Provides students with an understanding of the methods of property valuation and the purposes for which valuations are undertaken. To examine critically alternatives to conventional approaches to valuations for possible solutions to problems. Develop facility in use of the financial calculator in valuation.
