会展概论(Principles and Practice of MICE Industry)
本课程是会展经济与管理专业基础概论型核心课程,主要目的帮助学生认识会展行业历史、现状、趋势、并帮助其建立关于会议、展览、及其他事件策划、运营、管理的整体性概念框架。通过学习这门课程,使得年级学生建立起对会展行业的基本认知、培养其对会展行业的兴趣、并获得从事会展行业(甚至其他行业)的一些基本能力。
本课程是会展经济与管理方向的基础课程。为后续会议管理、展览策划与管理、会展英语、展览工程与管理、展示设计等专业核心课程的基础前置课程,帮助会展经济与管理的学生建立起关于会展的基础知识体系;
由于会展行业是一门实践性非常强的行业,在教学过程中应该充分做到理论联系实际,结合生动的案例,从会展行业所涉及的具体的人、组织、工作对整个会展体系进行讲解,同时将会展行业比较碎片化的理论知识以深入浅出的方式进行教学;
会展概论课程教学将通过翻转课堂的方式进行,通过指导学生提前学习,课堂上增加提问、讨论环节,增加教师和学生互动,充分调动学生思考问题和分析问题的积极性,使其会展行业相关知识和理论能真正为学生理解和使用,通过教学做到“从实践中来,到实践中去”。
此外,为了保证学生能够熟悉行业现状、并针对行业现状对课本知识有批判性理解和思考,本门课程安排一次行业嘉宾讲座及一次展览/会议/节事的现场考察作业,教师会对考察做引导。
- 课程受众:本课种的主要受众为旅游管理大类(含旅游管理、酒店管理以及会展经济与管理等专业)的大一下学期的新生,也可以为对会展行业及会展知识感兴趣的其它管理类专业的低年级本科生学习。针对会展业的最基本的知识和内容展开教学,为后续会展方向的专业课程学习打下基础。
- 课程目标:本课程的目标在于,让学习者对“会展”(包含展览、会议、奖励旅游和节事,英文简称MICE——meetings(会议), incentives(奖励旅游), conventions(大会), exhibitions(展览) and events(节事)的首字母缩写)这一新兴行业的基本知识、概念、理论及当下发展情况等有一个较为全面和宽泛的了解。
- 课程的主要教学内容有:①会展的基本概念、构成和分类;②现代会展的作用和影响;③会展的历史;④展览的产业链及组织流程;⑤会议的产业链及组织流程;⑥奖励旅游的从产业链及组织流程;⑦节事的产业链及组织流程;⑧全球会展业发展现状及趋势;⑨行业嘉宾讲座;
微观经济学
本课程是经管类学科的基础课程,是经济学的入门课程。它是关于稀缺资源在不同用途间配置以更好满足不同需求的理论,是关于市场机制运行的理论,是关于人们行为模式的理论。主要内容包括:供求均衡价格理论、效用和消费者行为、生产与成本理论、厂商行为与市场结构理论、博弈与寡头、生产要素定价理论、一般均衡理论、市场失灵与政府行为影响。通过介绍微观经济学的基本概念、基本构架、和分析逻辑,使学生了解其研究对象、研究方法、理论体系、分析工具和发展简史,在此基础上,培养他们对现实世界中经济行为与经济现象的观察和分析能力,训练经济学直觉,教授经济学思维方式,使学生能够运用经济学的基本原理去观察、分析和解释典型的经济现象和问题,并指导自己在工作、学习、生活和商业活动中做出最优决策。在教学过程中,将理论讲解与案例分析相结合,文字表述与数学证明相结合,知识讲授和课堂讨论相结合,为学生打下扎实的经济学理论的功底。
新媒体与社会
The introduction of new media platforms has single handily changed society and altered the way we view ourselves and other people. For example, new media has changed the way most businesses operate and promote products. 以前人们获取新闻、消息的方式最大的途径就是通过报纸、杂志来获取,而通过互联网发展起来的新媒体,则成为了现在人们获取资料的第一途径。现在一部手机或者一台电脑就能实时获取全球最新的消息。本课程将围绕新媒体运营定位、企业新媒体形象定位以及企业新媒体运营规划几方面系统讲解关于新媒体定位策略、主流新媒体平台基本操作、公众号/微博/头条号等媒体形象设计、人格化设定、企业新媒体运营定位流程、市场调研等知识。此外,本课程将围绕新媒体运营的主要吸粉策略、微信公众号吸粉方法、微博涨粉策略等几方面详细讲解关于新媒体运营推广和拉新的相关知识。
定量研究:路径与方法
本课程是一门针对社会学类和公共管理学类专业学生的入门级研究方法课程。本课程为选修课程,目的在于让学生们较好地了解定量研究方法。具体来看,通过一学期的学习,学生们应理解定量研究中涉及的基本概念,了解并尝试使用定量研究方法。
生态旅游理论与实践
《生态旅游与实践》是旅游管理专业的选修课程,是一门新兴的交叉性学科。以生态学原则为指针,以生态环境和自然环境为取向所开展的一种既能获得社会经济效益,又能促进生态环境保护的新型的、可持续展的旅游产品。
通过课程学习,要求学生掌握生态旅游的基本理论,以及结合相关案例,理解生态旅游理论的具体实践和应用,了解目前国内外生态旅游的发展状况。着重应掌握的生态旅游的概念,旅游资源、旅游者和旅游业的基本知识,理解三要素间及其内部间的关系。为将来从事环境保护和生态旅游规划、开发、管理及教育储备必须的知识,学会一些工作方法并概括本课程的指导思想,提出本课程的任务。
二、教学目的
了解生态旅游产生的历史背景、掌握生态旅游的理论基础及发展理念、了解生态旅游系统主体、客体载体及媒体的要求及管理思想,了解除国内外生态旅游发展状况及存在问题,探讨近年国内外就生态旅游讨论的一些热点问题。
2020春--会议管理(Meeting Management)
会议代表着“在任何领域的工作进展中都最有效的信息传播途径”(P.G.B.Morriss)。今天,伴随着各种元素的融入,会议这种古老的人类群体活动已经逐渐演化成一项独立的产业,在人类所创造的世界里,由内及外发挥着越来越重要的作用。
本课程涵盖了全球会议产业的发展、会议产业的构成、会议策划方案的实施要点等内容。根据项目管理知识体系,对会议活动项目管理过程从项目立项、项目启动、项目策划与计划、项目执行与控制及项目收尾进行了系统梳理,构建了会议活动项目管理体系。通过学习,使学生系统地了解会议管理的原理、规则及一般操作规范,熟悉会议期间的各项服务和特殊事件的处理,并能“按图索骥”地去操作一个会议。
