无机及基础化学实验在线开放课程(2019级)
“无机化学实验”课程是对与化学有关的多个专业开设的一门重要的专业基础课程,分为“无机化学实验(1)”和“无机化学实验(2)”两部分,分别在(1)和(2)学期开设,每学期54学时,共108学时,3学分。通过该课程对新生进行全面的化学基本操作技能的训练,使学生掌握从事化学实验和研究工作所必须的基本实验知识和正确的实验操作方法。
“无机化学实验(1)”分为化学实验的一般知识,化学实验的基本操作,物质的分离与纯化基本知识和化学原理与测量四个部分,约涉及11个实验。如实验室安全知识;仪器认领,洗涤和干燥;试剂取用和溶液配制;转化法制备硝酸钾;离子交换法净化水;化学反应速率和活化能的测量;电离度和电离常数的测定;碘化铅溶度积的测量等实验。本课程要求学生独立完成每一个实验,实验前需撰写预习报告,实验后写出实验报告。学生的最终成绩由期末笔试,操作考试和平时考查综合评定而得。
“无机化学实验(2)” 包括元素及其化合物的性质;无机物的合成;常见阴离子和阳离子的分离;物质的分离和不同类型的开放实验,涉及约12个实验。通过本课程的学习,使学生掌握常见元素及其化合物的性质,一般化合物的制备、分离、鉴定方法,使学生初步具备查阅化学手册、工具书及有关文献资料,正确设计实验,解决实际问题的能力。培养学生观察、分析、判断、推理、获得结论的能力以及勇于开拓的创新意识。

"无机化学”课程是化学专业学生必修的第一门重要的专业基础课程。它对学生专业知识的学习起着承前启后的作用。通过课程的学习,使学生掌握原子结构和元素周期律,分子结构和固体结构及其理论基础,并应用这些理论来解释简单分子的结构和性质。通过对化学热力学和动力学基础,化学平衡、电离平衡和氧化还原反应等基本原理和知识的学习,掌握对化学反应趋势和进行程度以及反应方向的正确判断,并能对溶液相中进行的反应进行各种物质浓度的计算。元素化学部分以s区、p区、d区、ds区和f区进行分区学习,了解各区元素的通性以及它们的特性,为更好地应用它们打下良好的知识基础。除了对知识的学习,更重要的是通过教学过程,培养学生良好的素质,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,使学生初步具备从事化学相关工作的能力。
该课程分为上下两学期,上学期60学时,下学期45学时。采用闭卷考试方式,最终成绩由平时、期中和期末考试成绩按一定比例组成。

无机及基础化学实验(2017级)
本课程是为与化学有关专业学生开设的独立实验课,一般在第一和第二学期开设。对化学要求高的专业开设两学期,每学期均为54学时,对其他专业只开设一学期,36学时。无机化学实验(上)的教学内容涉及:化学实验安全知识及相关要求、化学实验基本操作、物质的制备与分离、化学原理与实验参数的测定和综合设计及研究性实验五个部分。通过对本课程的学习,使学生树立正确的安全观,掌握开展化学实验的正确步骤、基本操作、实验技能等知识。本课程要求学生自己动手实验,且为个人独立完成。课程要求学生在实验前充分预习,写出预习报告,实验前或实验中教师进行检查。学生做好实验现象和结果的记录,完成实验离开实验室前,实验记录本需交任课老师签名确认方可离开。实验后要求学生写出详细的实验报告。无机化学实验(下)的教学内容涉及:元素及其化合物性质、常见离子的分离和鉴定、无机化合物的制备和开放性实验,主要配合元素化学的理论教学而开设。在具体内容设计上突出理论与实际和应用的结合,既注意内容的基础性,也注意具有一定的先进性、新颖性、趣味性等。而开放性实验注重培养学生科学研究的能力,帮助学生尽快进入科学研究的殿堂,感受科学研究的乐趣。本课程采用平时考查(包括对学生预习、操作、结果、卫生、报告等方面的表现的考查),期末操作考试和笔试(闭卷)的方法综合评定学生成绩。
配位化学(2025年-2022级)
配位化学主要研究金属原子或离子与其他分子或离子(配体)形成的配合物的组成、结构、性质、化学反应及其规律,是应用广泛的交叉学科。本课程通过系统介绍配合物的基本概念、立体化学、配位键理论、配合物稳定性、取代反应和氧化还原反应机理、生物配合物、配合物合成方法等使学生大体了解配位化学的知识体系。
