Unit purpose
The purpose of this unit is to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of how
organisations identify and implement continuous training and development of their employees.
In particular, learners will develop the ability to produce an organisational training strategy,
design a training programme and training activities and plan an evaluation strategy for the
