In my view, there are three bad habbits in communication. First, someone usually just only denies others but don't give effective suggestions. Because this guy denies others, in other way he cuts the communicaton channel. Then someone speaks to others without preparation and when they talk, the receiver can't understand what they talk because they speak without logic. Last someone likes to do their own things when the other is talking to him. So when he finishes his own work, he usually doesn't know what the other said and even asks the presenter to speak again.
