本课程将重点介绍民俗学的一些基本概念和知识，其中包括神话、故事、传说、歌谣、民间节日、民间游戏、人生礼仪、民间建筑、民居饮食、民间服饰和民间美术等等，使学生能够了解这门学科的性质和学习的意义，初步掌握并正确评价民俗事象，能够发现这些民俗事象背后的文化积淀，并通过调查实践，学习有关田野调查的本领。在课程设计中注重让学生去品味其中的民俗意趣与文化蕴藉，从而唤起对民俗生活关注和了解的渴望，在内心深处生发对自己国家、家乡的文化认同与热爱的情感。

This course will focus on some basic concepts and knowledge of folklore, including myths, stories, legends, ballads, folk festivals, folk games, etiquette, folk architecture, folk food, folk costumes and folk art, etc. Furthermore, this course will help students to understand the nature of this subject and the significance of learning it, as well as the preliminary grasp and correct evaluation of folk customs, so as to find the cultural accumulation behind these folk customs.In the course of curriculum design, it will focus on letting students taste the folklore interest and cultural implication, so as to arouse the students' desire to know more about folk life, develop the emotion of cultural identity of their own country and hometown.
