英语语音语调（1）《英语语音语调（1）》是英语专业（包括英语师范、英语、翻译）的必修课程，是一门理论指导实践的课程，其主要目的是通过英语语音学理论提高学生的英语语音听辨及发音技能，从而提高学生的英语听说能力，同时为学生今后进行英语教学或语音学理论研究打下良好的实践基础。本课程主要通过系统的英语语音学理论的指导、发音技巧的训练、师生和生生互动正音，让学生掌握正确、标准的英语各音位的发音及连贯语流中的音变现象，使学生在朗读以及口语交际中发音自然得体。本课程主要内容为《英语语音学基础实用教程》中音位（元音和辅音）发音的原理及练习，本课程注重对学生平时练习的评估，课堂正音、课后录音评价、语音听辨作业等和期末考口试一起按比例纳入课程总评成绩。

This course is  intended to guide students of language majors to develop a comprehensive and scientific view of language. With a bit focus on English language and a cross-linguistic point of view, the lectures not only cover a wide range of theoretical fields of lingusistics such as phonology, morphorlogy, syntax, semantics , pragmatics , but also introduce some major interdisciplinary areas like language and culture, language and society, language and brian, first and second language acquisition. Students will be taken on a tour of ‘the world of language(s) and shown what linguists, sociologists, psychologists, and even biologists have found out about the many fascinating aspects of language, and how they have attempted to unveil the mystery of human language.
