管理学研究方法(全英)
This course is a project supported by Graduate School for two semesters. It is the second time to implement. The course is a comprehensive guide to the design and conduct of research in management-related disciplines such as organizational behavior, decision-making, human resource management, industrial relations, and the general field of management. The course is designed for master students who intend to conduct empirical research especially publishable in scholar journals. Students will learn to critically think about causal relations, particularly in the design of studies, measurement of variables, and testing of theories. The course provides an overview of the research process and explains the main types of design used in management research, such as experimental designs, surveys, and case studies. In addition, the course introduces quantitative and qualitative methods. It concludes with a practical guide explaining how to report research findings. Students are required to do much practice.
