The purpose of Solid State Physics is to explain some features of normal metals, semiconductors and isolators, the basic knowledge of quantum mechanics and statistical mechanics is applied in this course, you will see how theoretical physicists tackle various phenomena in the real world.
Solid-state physics maybe the most difficult course among all undergraduate majors.

Basic English is a core compulsory course for non-English major undergraduates of SCNU as an important part of their general education. In this course, the textbook of iEnglish is selected as the principle teaching resources. iEnglish enables learners to encounter, or meet the kinds of texts in humanistic and sociological subjects, native language and challenging tasks . Besides, the major task of this course is to cultivate students’ comprehensive ability of reading, writing ,listening and speaking general English in life, as well as their ability of cross-cultural communication between Chinese and foreign cultures, so as to meet the students’ basic needs of college study, international communication, and future work and employment, and enhance their autonomous learning ability and cultural literacy.
《服装设计方法》课程于2023年立项华南师范大学质量工程建设项目在线开放课程,课程计划将线上知识学习与线下课堂互动相结合,进一步延展课程教学的广度与深度,实现知识学习、资源共享、教学互动的灵活机动,以“线上+线下”的混合模式实现教学效果的最优化。课程是服装与服饰设计专业的必修课程,从专业知识学习入手,培养学生的设计思维和动手能力, 让学生在理论与实践相结合的学习过程中学会服装设计的方法。在课程设计中将中国文化资源的学习实践引入课堂,潜移默化的培养学生的文化自信与传承责任感,为民族元素的设计创新贡献力量。同时将生成式人工智能辅助服装设计的方法引入,更好的赋能学生的专业学习。
“化学史”是一门化学和历史的交叉学科,因此《化学史话》课程针对其本身对化学内容要求不深、知识面广、综合性强、富寓哲理的特点,作为文理结合、学科交叉的通识课,通过对化学发展历史的全面了解与重点理解,体会化学发展的基本轨迹与艰难曲折,学习化学史上名人的奋斗精神,激发学生的爱国热情与求知欲望,达到体现师范教育的特色、拓展学生知识面、消除“化学盲”、提高全体学生(特别是师范生)的科技素质、培养复合型人才的教学目的。
