本课程是金融学和财务管理专业的主干课程，是研究市场经济条件下金融市场运行机制及其各主体行为规律的一门学科。本课程从阐述金融市场的基本要素、功能、产生及发展的基本脉络入手，在此基础上对构成金融市场体系的主要子市场——货币市场、债券市场、股票市场、基金市场、外汇市场、黄金市场、金融衍生市场等，进行分别介绍和阐述。最后全面介绍金融市场监管的相关理论与实践。

This course is the main course for finance and financial management majors. that study financial market operating mechanism and the law of market main body behavior in the market economy. This course starts with the basic elements of the financial markets, function, emergence and development, then introduces and elaborates the main sub-markets of the financial market system including the money market, bond market, stock market, fund market, the foreign exchange market, gold market and derivatives markets. Finally, the course analyses the theories and practice of financial market supervision roundly.

Financial Management is a core course for finance students. In this course we are going to introduce how firms use various financing strategy efficiently, how firm get financed with the lowest cost, and how they arrange their capital structure. Besides, we also document how firms invest, allocate profit, and conduct working capital management etc. Last but not the least, we also cover some important theories in  morden corporate system, such as, the principle-angency theory.  The course is suitable for undergraduate students who are aiming to work in the financial field after graduating and thoes who are interested in getting basic knowledge in mirco-finance.

《商务英语阅读》课程的教学任务和目的是：在学生现有的英语语言技能和相关经贸、商务理论与实务知识的基础上，通过大量阅读，使他们掌握西方商务报刊文章的内容特点和语言特色，在阅读实践中培养并提高他们理解和研究国际经贸与商务信息的能力，同时扩大和深化其语言和专业知识，增强语言运用能力和交流能力，并锻炼其逻辑思辩能力。

生活中的一切，均可从博弈（game）论得到解释，因为生活的本质，就是在进行一场游戏。著名经济学家、诺贝尔奖得主萨缪尔森曾说：“要想在现代社会做一个有文化的人，你必须对博弈论有一个大致的了解。”近20年来，共有16位经济学家或数学家因在博弈论及其相关领域的贡献而获得诺贝尔经济学奖。博弈论已从经济学的分析工具发展成各门社会科学的重要分析方法。本课程重点介绍博弈论的基本分析方法及其在社会现象分析、个人事务处理中的具体应用。通过追女仔中的哄骗博弈、膜拜行为的经济分析、政府拨款博弈、和谐社会的微观基础、信任博弈、最后通牒、讨价还价等内容的分析，提升学生研究和解决现实问题的能力。
