Group refers to an action group composed of three or more people. Members of the group abide by the same rules and act together for the same goals

b.Discribe the detailed characterictics of the groups

1. Interdependence: group members assist each other, help each other and are independent of each other.

2. Common goals: the main driving force for members to act together

3. Group personality: the identity of individual members within the group.

4. Commitment: the action commitment and desire jointly issued by team members.

5. Cohesion: team members are attracted to each other and under unified leadership.

6. Group conflict: the phenomenon that groups attack each other and express dissatisfaction with each other.

7. Social promotion: the situation that one releases energy to promote the overall development.

8. Gender difference: the difference between men and women in body and mind will lead to different actions.

9. Group size: the number of people in a group.

10. Norm: the standard of unified action of group members.

C.How to make the group members get into a positive participation during the group communication?
