①Interdependence 

Group members depend on each other and fulfill each other. 

②Common Goal 

Team members have a common goal to achieve. 

③Group Personality 

Groups of members with different characteristics will also result in their own distinctive group personality, like conservative, intelligent, social etc.

 ④Commitment

 Commitment is an individual ’s identity and trust in the goals and values of the organization, and the positive emotional experience it brings. 

⑤Cohesiveness 

Cohesiveness refers to the degree of solidarity and collaboration among group members to achieve group activity goals. 

⑥Group Conflict

 Group conflict is inevitable, but moderate conflict is conducive to the development of the group.
