1. Team work means the work done by a team together. Besides it is the process of a group of people supporting each other and working together for a common goal in a specific team.

2. 1+1≥2. Team work brings together the wisdom and strength of a group of people. It can help everyone learn from each other, and help group members quickly grow in the process of cooperation, accelerate the pace of success.Therefore the team work shows effective.

3.  The core element makes the member of team work goes well as follows.

(1)Communication

Communicating with each other is one of the core element in sustaining group members. More communication with the group members, but also make the group members know more about yourselves, which can avoid many unnecessary misunderstandings and contradictions.

(2)Trust

Trust is a prerequisite for a team to work properly. So the team member should trust each other.

(3)Carefulness

When the team is confronted with things, especially problems and contradictions, be sensible and take every decision carefully.

(4)Transpositional consideration

When you disagree with a member, think differently and don't impose your ideas on the group members.

(5)Happiness

Only with happy mood can build a happy team.

Enhance the sense of belonging of each member through team building activities, thus promoting team communication.

(2)Improve team feedback mechanism

For some of the team communication problems, mainly because of the lack of perfect feedback mechanism. Therefore, improve the communication and feedback mechanism can help the team to quickly improve the efficiency of team communication.

(3)Strengthening Team Culture and Goal Building

If a team can unify the mind and maintain a consistent team goal, it will inevitably become more smooth in the communication content.
